Massini Trucking provides transportation and freight services as agreed upon in individual quotes or service contracts. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion or due to safety, regulatory, or operational concerns.

All price quotes are based on the information provided at the time of the request. Any changes to freight details (weight, size, handling, delivery conditions, etc.) may affect pricing. Quotes are not binding until formally accepted in writing or via digital confirmation.

• Invoices are due according to the terms listed on each quote or contract.

• Late payments may be subject to additional fees or interest.

• We reserve the right to withhold services if outstanding balances exist.

Massini Trucking takes reasonable measures to ensure safe and timely delivery of goods. However:

• We are not responsible for delays due to weather, traffic, mechanical failure, or other unforeseen circumstances.

• Liability for lost or damaged freight will not exceed limits stated in the applicable bill of lading, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Basic cargo insurance may be included, depending on the service. Additional insurance can be arranged upon request. It is the client’s responsibility to request and confirm insurance coverage levels before shipment.

Shippers are responsible for accurate labeling, packaging, and documentation. Improperly packed or mislabeled freight may be rejected or delayed. Any hazardous or restricted materials must be declared in advance.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Last-minute cancellations may incur a cancellation fee or charges related to dispatch or scheduling efforts.

• You may not use our website or contact forms for unlawful or abusive purposes.

• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue website access or features without notice.

• Any data collected through our site is governed by our Privacy Policy.

• These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
